This campaign held two approach for fulfilling goals & needs of Warga Lokal Cafe, Semarang. First, #BersamaWarga Adhewe Semarangan is a creative concept for Warga Lokal’s Instagram post. Second, #BersamaWarga Fun Workshop is a food photography workshop with a photographer (@sodaoreo) in Warga Lokal Café.

Problems
In this project, we collaborated with Warga Lokal Cafe to support their goals as creativity outlet and helped them out with their problem. Along with team members, we researched on customer insights, analyzed internal & external factors.
Internally we gathered problems such as customers’unfalimiarity with self-service system, accesibility of Warga Lokal Cafe’s location, customers’ struggled to understand Warga Lokal Cafe menu due to it’s unfamiliar coffee names and staff had to repeatedly explained menus to customers.
Meanwhile externally, the insights from 205 respondents shown that potential customers lack of information about Warga Lokal Cafe and they had no knowledge about Warga Lokal Cafe’s location.



Actions
I posed as Team Leader as well as Creative Manager to executed these actions:
- We promoted information about Warga Lokal Café’s location & cafe’s image with 3 strategies and tactics by using Instagram & Google My Business
- Together we also held an offline photography workshop in Warga Lokal Café
Results
Through our strategies & tactics, we able to gained these results:
- Grew @wargalokal.smg Instagram’s followers by 3% & engagements by 6%
- Increased 5 reviews and refined information on Warga Lokal Café in Google My Business
- Surveyed 29 audiences felt that #BersamaWarga Fun Workshop has went as expected
